The question is: 1st Dibs verse Bond and Bowery.
Tomorrow at 3 pm I will give this English Lavender sachet by Jan Constantine and a Henri Matisse 'love' paperweight away via a raffle... a $62 gift.... just post on 1st v Bond and I'll put our name in a hat.
P.S. Susan Sarandon bought a bunch of these sachets from me last summer - they are that fabulous.
My first time to both "1st" and to "bond". On "1st" the snake jewelry sent chills through me... but once I got it off my screen I enjoyed scrolling through. The content was good. I liked how the pages turned. I preferred it over "bond".
ReplyDeleteI have visited both, I think I prefer 1st to bond......
ReplyDeleteAlthough I have never ordered from either of them. I always enjoy the posts, thanks! Have a nice day!

1st is 1st in my book. there are bright colored pictures everywhere! want those snakeskin fireplace tools? well, click and buy. i feel happy when i visit 1st dibs - it's like a treasure hunt maneuvering through everything - sort of like prozac for the design lover. just discovered you through via cote de texas - glad i did.
ReplyDeleteI think 1stdibs is more user-friendly. And I like that there are more items on each page at 1stdibs.
ReplyDeleteI was just on the 1stdibs web site last week checking out coffee tables -- they have some really beautiful & unique tables, but not the one I'm looking for....

If I had to choose between B&B and 1st, I prefer B&B, but if I could write in an entry, I would choose vandm.com. Their prices seem to be much more inline with the market reality, and not marked up to exorbitant prices. I always seem to get lost at 1st and b&b when I'm browsing.
