The Coolest Black Forest Inkwell

This the coolest Black Forest Inkwell that I have ever found. I assume it is from Payerbach, Austria as "Payerbach" is carved into it. As most BF inkwells are of Birds and leaves this Snail one is rare. BF pieces are typically centered on animals and plants, most notably bears, deer, rabbits, mountain goats, wolves and realistic tree branches, twigs and flowers and other natural motifs. ..but snails? Way cool. Anyway...I love that feeling when you find something fantastic!

Sigh...and yes, it's on my antique website.

Ready For Your Next Party? Serve In Style

During the Atlanta Market I found these dinnerware metal platters and bowls that reflect the shine of silver, but require no polishing and can go from refrigerator, to oven, to table, and is perfectly suited for today’s casual lifestyles. Just love them! They are made entirely by hand. Just one at a time, using the ancient art of sand casting, by pouring a premium quality alloy of molten aluminum into sand molds, and then going thru four different levels of polishing. They have great character and personality.

The croc was my favorite..of course the new faux bois line is sweet too.

The Hibicsus line.

The classy Pearl set.

The Ocean series was another favorite....I know these will go well with my beach crowd.

There is a minimum order amount for these and I only showed a fraction of what is available. Call or email if interested.

Heavenly Merino and Cashmere Throws and Blankets

I've been a fan of BVT - Brun De Vian-Tiran for a long time and have sold many of these scrumptious throws in my store. BVT is a family business that has been seeking out the finest fibers from around the world..... Merino wool from France, Australia, and South America, Asian Camel, Peruvian Alpaca, Bolivian Llama, Yak and Cashmere from Iran, China and Mongolia etc.

Aside from the most heavenly throws you can imagine they make blankets, scarves, blankets for babies, shawls, eiderdown, quilts and mattress covers. Click here to enjoy...and if you find something you simply must have, let me know.

Baby Camel Camelino throw. From the finest camel hairs. $425

Alpaca Throw is scrumptious and the grey is my favorite. $315

The yaka is my favorite…in fact I keep one in the store for those days when I just can’t get warm. $375
